How Bysorb Is Made

Bygen’s patented Low-Temperature Activation (LTA) process enables activated carbon production at lower temperatures and with carefully managed oxidants. The result is high-quality carbon with robust pore structures - delivered with reduced energy use and emissions compared with conventional high-temperature methods.

*Bygen is committed to transitioning Bysorb production to our proprietary LTA technology, targeting more than 50% in-house manufacturing by mid-2027.
